Its bold to blog something like that up when your boss's good friend knows your blog site. Today I decided to throw caution to the wind and blog. Heck I doubt there is any promotion for me in the coming 2 years.
Since they promoted me, I had a slight cut in my salary. No more OT claims. I thought this sucks. However there is something suckier. We just declared a percentage of our bonus and we are 1 percent short. This makes me want to shout every profanity word known to mankind towards the baboon that disguised itself as my boss. Never in my 4.5 years in this company have I been short charge of bonus of any kind. And now besides salary cut , they had to cut my bonus. No clear reason given, no clear calculation of the missing 1 percent. And the devil who disguised herself as out HR head, doles out increments sparingly. Reason? My salary hitting the max cap, so they can't give me as much increment as they give the others. What? My experiance doesn't count? If I am Medusa, she would have turned into stone already.
I am d.a.m.n good at what I do. In fact I am demi-God in my company. My name precedes my department and this is how the company appreciates me. I have eaten the last straw and my fair share of dead cats (burp) and now I am officially looking for a job preferably with overseas placement. When I hand in my letter, you can offer me Mars, Jupiter and Pluto, I will still be packing my bags. Don't say I didn't warn you.
